What is the Provident10 Members Matter Panel?
The Provident10 Members Matter Panel is an opt-in panel, which members of the Public Service Pension Plan for Newfoundland and Labrador have joined to provide their feedback through online surveys.
The panel is maintained by Provident10’s research partner, Narrative Research (formerly Corporate Research Associates). The information collected will only be used to better understand member opinions and needs.
Who can join the panel?
You must be 18 years of age and a member of the Public Service Pension Plan to join the panel.
Can more than one person from the same household join?
Yes. However, each email address can be used only once.
How do I join?
To join the panel, please complete the registration survey available at MembersMatter.ca to see if you qualify for the panel at this time. If you have received an email invitation to join the panel, please click on the link in the email.
After completing the registration survey, you will be sent a confirmation email. You must click on the link in your confirmation email to complete your registration process. To be sure you receive emails from the panel, please add the emails email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts in your address book.
Can I unsubscribe once I join?
Participation in the panel is voluntary and you are free to leave the panel at any time. To unsubscribe, please send an email to email@example.com with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
How often should I expect to receive survey invitations?
We respect and appreciate the value of your time. We will typically only ask you to complete a maximum of one survey each month.
How do I know my privacy is protected?
The panel is maintained by Provident10’s research partner, Narrative Research. The information collected will only be used to better understand the opinions of members of the Public Service Pension Plan in an effort to better serve their needs. Participation is completely voluntary and all personal information you provide will be kept confidential and will not be sold, rented, loaned, or used for sales solicitation. Your survey responses will be presented in aggregate form only and will not be personally identifiable in any way (i.e., your survey responses will always be combined with those of other survey respondents, and data will be presented as a collective).
What if my email address changes?

What if I have questions or need technical assistance?

How do I make sure that I receive communications and invitations to surveys?
Sometimes email is incorrectly identified as spam. When you receive your original email invitation from the panel, be sure to add the address to your contacts. This will ensure that any invitations come directly to your inbox. You can also add the addresses firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com to your contacts manually.

How will I know if I have won a prize?
You will be contacted by email if your name is randomly drawn for a prize. Winners must reply to the email notification within 20 days of the notice being sent. For complete contest rules, please click on the following link (contest rules).
How can I obtain my prize?
If you win a prize, and correctly respond to the prize notification email, your prize will be mailed to you at the address you provided when you joined the panel.
